This is a compact instrument containing all the necessary arranegemnts required for conducting the newton's ring experiment.A standard microscope unit having 30x magnification is provided with a rotatable cross line and the eye piece can be focussed as per requirements.the whole microscope unit can be raised or lowered and clamped at any position.The 26 mm movement can be read by scale and on the divided drum to 0.001 cm.Newton ring is provided.If it is removed the unit can be used as simple measuring microscope.Supplied in box
